Unconventional Path
Making someone leave a great career for a better mission.
Challenge
TKS's mentors don't come from education backgrounds — they're former founders, ex-engineers, scientists, lawyers, people who'd built real careers at real companies. Getting more of them meant convincing someone already succeeding somewhere else that walking away from it was worth it. That's not a job posting problem, it's an identity problem: the film had to make an accomplished stranger see themselves inside this mission.
Approach
Filmed alongside Unfulfilled Potential over the same two days, with TKS staff and founders speaking as themselves, not reciting talking points. The focus stayed on why unconventional people end up here and what they're actually building toward — training the next generation of people who move the world forward — rather than a standard "join our team" pitch.
Result
Distributed across TKS's channels, website, and paid ads, the film helped TKS attract stronger mentors into the program and opened doors for students to connect with top companies through those same relationships — extending the brand's reach on both the recruiting and student-opportunity side at once.
